Quick question for anyone who has come across something like this, so can Level 2 charge rate be set in the car, or does it all depend on the charger?
In my setup, the wall unit can deliver more than the car usually pulls, and I'm wondering if there's a way to cap the rate from inside the vehicle itself, I want in a way that will really consider battery longevity and managing load as priority when I've got other things running in the garage.
I know that some EVs seem to have this buried in settings, others just take whatever the EVSE gives. I've got a 48A capable charger installed by the way, but I don't always want to pull full power, especially during peak hours. I checked the settings briefly but didn't see anything obvious about limiting the amperage from the car side but I'm kinda hoping I just missed it
