Cracked screen on my 2024 XT4

I had my 2024 XT4 for just a few months when the screen suddenly cracked straight down on the right side, there was no impact and nothing obvious, I reached out to Cadillac, I am still waiting to see how they'll handle it. so I'd like to know if any Lyriq owners have faced the same issue

A crack straight down the middle with no impact definitely sounds like a defect. I haven't heard of this specifically on an XT4 yet, but this is exactly the kind of thing that makes you question quality control. you've done the right ting by sending it back to the dealer

Oof, that's frustrating!! What's the news here @GTAxi? Did Cadillac handle it under warranty? If it's clearly not impact damage, that's a valid warranty claim!
