Looking for a New Series to Binge

Just wrapped up our latest series and now we’re on the hunt for something new. I’m really into shows with great storytelling and characters that you can’t help but get attached to. I’m open to any genre—drama, sci-fi, even a good comedy could work. It doesn’t have to be the latest hit; just something that’s genuinely worth the watch. If it’s available on one of the major streaming platforms, that’d be a plus. Any good recommendations?
