Disable door chime

I'm not a massive fan of cars that have warning for everything and the thing that's annoying about my Lyriq is the chime when the door is open. Any way to disable it?

Yeah, some alerts just feel over the top. You might find a setting in the preferences menu to tone it down, or your dealer could help disable it.

I think you can just lower the volume in the settings for this. There are workarounds from what I know but it might be tied into other systems like alarms and lighting, so not really worth the risk.

Maybe adjust some audio settings via voice commands, otherwise, it's one of those things you just have to live with

I tried to reduce the volume, but it reduces the volume on all chime sounds, some of which I'd like to keep. Asked a tech at the dealership and he just shrugged saying it is what it is. I'm guessing @Its.Jacey is right, I'll have to live with this or wait until the warranty is over and find a way to turn it off. Speaking off, what are my options for this?
